How Does the CRS Work?
Our CO2  recovery system, CRS, operates with extreme efficiency to obtain the highest quality and purity of CO2 . The process begins by collecting the CO2  generated during the brewing process in a gas balloon. It then undergoes a two-stage gas scrubbing process for preliminary cleaning, followed by compression through a compressor. To further enhance CO2 purity, it passes through an activated carbon filter and is subsequently dried. Optionally, distillation can be added to further increase CO2  purity before it’s stored in a CO2  storage tank.

For maximum efficiency, we offer a foam trap as an option to separate any entrained foam before entering the gas collection balloon. This contributes to further enhancing the quality of the recovered CO2.
